PUPPY SPECIAL

Early education in puppies brings many benefits, as it favors the creation of new neural networks and the possibility of increasing our dog's freedom. With early education we give the dog a better life, knowing its needs and being responsible for covering them.

Puppies can be trained from a very young age, as their learning process allows them to learn the basics before they are two months old. Starting to train a puppy at a young age facilitates the retention of information and makes it more receptive to new situations than when it is an adult. However, it is advisable to start training from 7 weeks of age. This is the time when it begins to be somewhat independent of its mother and explore on its own. However, this does not mean that it is the best age to separate it from its mother, because there are certain lessons that its mother will teach it better than anyone else. Therefore, so that its learning is as good as possible, the ideal is not to separate it from its mother until it is 2 and a half months or even 3 months old.

Knowing when to start training a puppy allows us to minimize the likelihood that it will have behavioral problems as an adult. For example, if we carry out correct socialization with other dogs, we will prevent it from having problems with aggression, reactivity or fear towards them in the future. If we teach it good basic obedience, it will be a controllable adult dog on walks. If we teach it good coexistence at home, we will prevent it from having destructive behaviors at home in the future, separation anxiety or resource protection.

Special dog education for puppies

Starting an educational program at an early age is a differential for the dog in terms of the cognitive, social, physical and emotional capacities that it can count on when it is an adult. Establishing a collaborative and proactive relationship with its guardians when it is small will have a very positive impact on its ability to learn and manage the environment.

Starting well is a gamified program to make playing a learning experience.
